Dura-Shred has a turnkey service that allows us to export to all major international ports. Dura-Shred's mission is to provide our customers with cost effective turnkey recycling equipment. We accomplished this by establishing our own production and assembly facility in China using proven American and European tire shredding technologies.
Dura-shred shredder introduction
Dura-shred single shaft shredder and two shaft shredders are designed with an aggressive low RPM, high torque shredding technology. The capacity of shredder machine is very bigger, no matter the tire drop into hopper one by one, or several drop in at once. It could shred quickly and smoothly. Each shaft is driven by its own Siemens motor. The shredder blade thickness ranges from 25 mm to 152 mm (1"-6") depending on the type of papers throughput, and desired end product. The shredder machine can process different kinds of waste papers.

According to customers' request, our paper shredding systems can produce small shredded paper according to per customer's request.
The waste paper recycling equipment is researched and developed based on both domestic and foreign advanced technology. It adopts an advanced physical recycling technology to reduce paper-making burden, which is obviously efficient in the recycling and utilization of waste papers.
Step 1: Conveyor to load waste paper into double shafts shredder.
Step 2: Double shafts shredder to cut the whole paper into pieces.
Step 3: Conveyor to load carton pieces into disc classifier.
Step 4: Disc classifier to separate over size paper chips from required size paper chips.
Step 5: conveyor to load over size paper chips back to shredder.
